The solution for a young family who had outgrown their existing return verandah, sandstone villa in Dulwich was a project involving both alterations and additions. The addition was a walk-in robe and chic ensuite off the master bedroom for the parents. The architecturally designed alterations to the existing part of the residence created a playroom, three bedrooms and an elegant family bathroom; modern and functional, but still retaining the character of the old home. Whilst a stunning use of structural steel, feature brick, external timber cladding, aluminium and glass panels, and folding doors opening onto the large entertaining deck and pool have transformed the once cramped house into an exceptional family home.
